I have read and agree to the following terms:

Artwork cannot be removed from the exhibition prior to notification.*

The prices and titles of artwork listed on this contract form are accurate and will not be changed after.*

Commission rates are as follows: 60% to the artist, 40% to the California Art Club.*

Artists cannot sell the selected artwork through their website for the duration of the exhibition. Artists will forward collectors to the CAC upon acceptance into the exhibition. In the event an artist does sell a participating artwork during the exhibition dates, the artist agrees to honor the commission rates listed above.*

Unless listed below as NFS, artwork will be available for acquisition and be professionally framed and labeled, ready for acquisition.*

Artist will promote their participation in this exhibition through various social media platforms, including but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, and e-mail campaigns. Promotional tools will be supplied at a later date.*

I understand that the California Art Club may reproduce images of artwork to promote the exhibition.*
