Join the Central Coast Chapter Paint/Sculpt-Out at Eldwayen Ocean Park on Saturday, February 3, 2024 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

“Our first Central Coast Chapter Paint Out of 2024 takes place in Pismo Beach at Eldwayen Ocean Park. Time: 10am to 3pm. The weather looks OK at this point with the 10 day forecast predicting partly sunny, a high of 52 degrees at noon and a near 0% chance of rain until after 6 pm. Dress warmly. Bring Lunch.

The views from this park of the Chapman Estate and Point San Luis Peninsula are picturesque. There are picnic tables, benches, and restrooms nearby at Dinosaur Cliffs Park. And a variety of restaurants or deli markets on Shell Beach Road.

Take the 101 Fwy to Shell Beach Road. From the center of Shell Beach take Montecito or Morro Avenue to the water’s edge and you are there. Parking available on the street. I’ll get there about 10 am from Santa Barbara, come earlier if you want. The sunsets, 5:30 to 6:00 pm  at this time of year, can be spectacular from here but weather dependent. Besides, the wind picks up off the ocean along the Central Coast about 2:30pm-3:00pm.  See you there.”
