The Los AngelesSan Gabriel/Pomona Valley Chapters invite you to a paint/sculpt-out at North Atwater Bridge/LA River on Wednesday, July 10, 2024.

About North Atwater Bridge/LA River

The North Atwater Bridge (La Kretz Bridge) is the first steel cable-stayed bridge in the city of Los Angeles and was designed for pedestrians, bicyclists, and equestrians to safely cross the Los Angeles River to access Griffith Park. This is the first and only cable-stayed equestrian bridge in the world. Erected in 2019 by the City of Los Angeles, the bridge can be viewed and accessed on the east side of the river near North Atwater Park. Restrooms are located in North Atwater Park.
