Quarterly Paint-Out
Free
$4 at the Livermore Area Recreation and Park District
AUDIENCE:
CAC San Francisco Bay Area Chapter members and friends
DETAILS:
After the paint-out there will be a pot luck supper at the home of Carolyn Lord, a 2.5 miles drive from the park at 1993 De Vaca Way. Open to all CAC members. You may drop-off the food before the paint-out or bring it with you to the dinner. No alcohol please.
Because this is an ongoing painting group committed to a small painter/model ratio, the flat fee is charged per person and reservations are required. Models are professional, the painter-to-model ratio is 1:6-7, and there is one pose for the entire day. You are free to use any medium you wish and can move around the model for a new vantage point of the pose at any time.
This is not a drop-in group; please reserve your spot. Contact Pam Powell at bopambo@earthlink.net if you have any questions.

Who could have imagined that 40 artists could hold such a fun weekend at the most incredible spot ever and have such beautiful weather? Christin and I want to thank you all for coming and especially those who drove such long distances. Except for the snoring, I think we all really enjoyed ourselves. Can't wait to see all the photos.

Richard, A BIG, BIG thanks to you and Christin for putting this event on. A lot of nice folks and an "A" for getting the CAC going on a field trip. The weather was the BEST I've ever had painting in Point Reyes. The food was wonderful and brought everyone together, as we all chipped in to make it feel festive. I may have contributed to the snoring, but I don't think it bothered anyone too much. I look forward to another CAC event and hope it brings out the best in our part of the state.

Thanks Richard!
You've done a fantastic thing with this event. I think we all had a great time. And I thought it was funny that all the snoring complaints were coming from the women's side of the dorm.
Cheers!
