Deadline to submit images for critique: Monday, June 23

Mark your calendar for Sunday, June 29 to attend this very popular annual event! Images of paintings and sculpture submitted anonymously by CAC members will be projected onto a large screen for review and constructive criticism by a panel of award-winning artists.

Whether you're an artist, collector, or just an interested observer, this is a great opportunity to hear from a panel of master artists, and to gain new insight into and appreciation for the elements that go into creating fine works of art.

This year's distinguished panel includes sculptor Béla Bácsi and painters Cathey Cadieux, Joseph Mendez and Tony Pro.

To submit your work for the critique:
All current CAC members are invited to submit work.  Please email a digital image file in jpeg format to cac@californiaartclub.org, including "Critique Session" in the subject line of your email.

Jpeg images should be 4x6, 300 dpi, and no larger than 3 MB.

(If you've already submitted work that does not conform to these specs, we will contact you in the next few days).

All entries must be received by June 23, 2008, but please submit your work early!  Space is limited to 35 participants, and submissions will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please submit no more than two artworks to be critiqued.  If submitting sculpture, please send multiple views.
